Primary Design Overview

There are two distinct building forms being proposed on the site, a north and south portion, connected by an exterior walkway system. The south component will appropriately interface with 10th Street at grade and provides an access to the internal circulation along the western edge of the site. The parking area is accessed off the lane at the back/north. Surface parking is located under the north portion of the building and is visually screened. The waste and recycling are is also collected in a screened area under the building, adjacent to the lane.
Architectural Style and Town
The 10 on Tenth building is designed to follow strict adherence to the Town guidelines. This aesthetic will be an extension of the mountain architectural language and to the context along 10th Street, while being a meaningful and unique addition to the built environment.
